Motorcycles

I'd have to say that motorcycles are in my blood! I can't honestly imagine my life without them.

In 1996 I bought my first motorcycle: an '82 Yamaha Seca 550. After driving it for about a year and putting 12k miles on it, I totaled it when someone pulled out in front of me. Fortunately, the only injuries that I received were a few bruises on my legs from going over the handlebars and a compression fracture in my neck (which I didn't even know about until 2 years later). Two days after I totalled the Seca I purchased a '92 Seca II 600. It has a little more pep than the '82 Seca did and it handles and looks much better.

Here is a picture of my bike (Yamaha Seca II 600):

My next bike will be a Yamaha VStar 1100 Classic. I've been checking cruisers out since I first rode my wife's Yamaha Virago 535 and the VStar is one DAMN comfrotable bike and it only weighs in at a light 490 lbs! Not bad at all for a 1100 cc v-twin!

Here it is: (Yamaha VStar 1100 Classic)

When I do get the new VStar, I'm still going to have to keep the Seca II. It's just too much fun to ride! I couldn't possibly expect the VStar to handle curves like that Seca II does!
